Get together with other parents who are struggling with similar issues and children in the same age range and get the answers to your questions with a mental health clinician supporting you along the way.
Clinics typically have between 6–10 adults and are given in an in-home or office setting. Parenting can often feel like a lonely job. A group setting can help you meet others going through similar things and build connection and support.
